The Department of Biochemistry is committed to excellence in medical education, research and diagnostic services. The department is staffed by experienced and dedicated faculty members who employ innovative teaching methods, competency based medical education(CBME), small group learning seminars, demonstrations, self-directed learning and integrated teaching. Well equipped teaching and research laboratories provide students with hands on experience in modern biochemical techniques.
